Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Finn Shaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Smash Hitter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shaw has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Finn Shaw has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaw keeps the fight on the outside.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!
Shaw closes the distance and clinches up with Hitter, looking for a takedown. Shaw pushes Hitter against the cage but Hitter circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Shaw looks for a takedown but Hitter sprawls well.
Smash Hitter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hitter clinches up against the cage.
A right handed body shot lands from Hitter.

Hitter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Shaw scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Hitter is trying to get back to half guard.
Shaw is looking to take a break and control but Hitter is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Shaw thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Hitter manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Shaw in particular looking to stall.
Shaw moves nicely into side control.
Hitter is trying to improve his position.
Shaw will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Shaw happy to just control the position for now.
Hitter tries to improve position but can't.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Shaw tries for a kimura but Hitter is defending well.
Hitter sneaks back into half guard.

Hitter is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Shaw has latched onto it... Big trouble! Shaw pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Hitter is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Shaw!
