The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Dean Styles and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter closes this distance looking for a takedown but Krunov circles away.
Krunov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Carter counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Krunov is trying to maintain the position but Carter is very close to passing his half guard.
Carter wants to free his trapped foot but Krunov is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Carter stalling.
Krunov regains full guard. Nicely done.
Krunov trying to control the position.
Carter avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Krunov throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Krunov has a closed guard, preventing Carter from standing up.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Carter trying to control the position from guard on top but Krunov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Carter is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Krunov has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Carter is looking to defend but Krunov has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Carter! Krunov pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Carter taps out and this one is all over!
