Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jake LaMotta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris River (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaMotta kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Cavalleria Rusticana: Intermezzo. River has chosen A Country Boy Can Survive as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
River blocks the body kick.
LaMotta scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
LaMotta changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
River wants to clinch up but LaMotta keeps it at a distance.
LaMotta lands with a shot to the body.
River throws a half hearted mid kick.

River throws a series of strikes that have LaMotta backpedaling.
LaMotta stuns River with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

LaMotta connects with a superb combination that knocks River out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles LaMotta before he can land any more shots to the unconscious River!
