Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Galazin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Darren Galazin is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Wilson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darren Galazin! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson scores with a takedown into Galazin's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Galazin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Wilson trying to move into half guard but instead Galazin has managed to sweep! Galazin wants to stand but Wilson is controlling his posture from full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wilson keeping moving, preventing Galazin from controlling successfully. Galazin throwing strikes but missing. Galazin trying to control the position from guard on top but Wilson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Wilson shoots in from a long way out. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Galazin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wilson but Wilson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Galazin tries for a takedown but Wilson circles away easily and Wilson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Galazin won't be happy with that. Wilson is breathing heavily. Galazin moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Galazin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Wilson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Wilson postures up.

Galazin trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Wilson pushes down on Galazin's leg and manages to get into half guard. Wilson seems to be working for a kimura but Galazin defends the submission attempt. Galazin is looking to escape. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wilson wants to pass the guard but Galazin is defending well. John Wilson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Wilson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Galazin cracks Wilson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Galazin fails to land the takedown. Galazin explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Wilson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Wilson works his way into full mount! Wilson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Galazin can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Wilson's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Galazin. Wilson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Wilson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Galazin stacks Wilson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Galazin!

Wilson defending against the ground and pound. Darren Galazin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wilson regains half guard. Wilson desperately trying to maintain half guard. Wilson looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Galazin throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
And that's the end of the fight! John Wilson showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wilson, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
