Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aris BenJudah!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tukkonen blocks a head kick by BenJudah.
BenJudah slaps away a takedown attempt from Tukkonen, before circling back to the center of the mat.
BenJudah shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. BenJudah showed some decent athleticism there.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Tukkonen had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. BenJudah is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Tukkonen Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take BenJudah's back instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tukkonen is looking for the choke from the back position but BenJudah is controlling his hands well.
