The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Cho misses. Hawk tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cho was well out of range. Poor timing from Hawk. Cho tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Hawk is able to avoid easily. Cho swinging wilding here.
Hawk misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cho.
Cho tries to bum rush Hawk with a series of wild strikes but Hawk uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Cho misses with a straight left. Jerry Cho seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cho avoids the body shot from Hawk.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cho misses with a double jab
and Hawk connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Cho throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Hawk counter with a right hand.

That's one minute gone in the round. Cho throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hawk. Hawk jabbing away but nothing is landing. Hawk throws out a loose jab but Cho uses good head movement to avoid it. Hawk misses with a straight left. Cho throws a head kick but Hawk moves out of range.

and Hawk counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd cheers as Hawk lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cho doesn't seem phased though.
Cho is rocked! Hawk cracks Cho with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hawk has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Cho to stand back up! Oh Cho is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jerry Cho's cut is getting worse.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hawk misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hawk cracks Cho with a hook to the temple - Cho is on wobbly legs here! Hawk swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Cho falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Hawk wins by TKO!
