Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Benito Camelas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rafael aurelio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Benito Camelas has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
aurelio closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Camelas did well to prevent aurelio getting side control.
Camelas looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
aurelio is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Camelas trying to control but aurelio postures up.
aurelio content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
aurelio escapes and gets back to his feet.

aurelio closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Camelas might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Camelas is trying to escape the position but aurelio is controlling the position.

Camelas drops to a knee looking for a takedown but aurelio gets the underhooks and prevents it.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

aurelio wants to pass the guard but Camelas is defending well.
Camelas tries to roll over but aurelio keeps him under control.
Camelas has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. aurelio is working away from the top position though.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
aurelio drops an elbow to the side of Camelas's head.

aurelio looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
aurelio thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
aurelio seems to be looking for submissions.
Camelas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for aurelio on the ground.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Camelas misses with a takedown attempt
and aurelio counters with a takedown into side control.

aurelio manages to capitalize on a mistake by Camelas to take his back!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
aurelio lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Camelas hold on?!
aurelio is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. aurelio gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. aurelio gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. aurelio apologises and we restart here on the feet.

aurelio is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
aurelio stands up out of the half guard.

Camelas misses with a straight left.
aurelio fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Camelas.
aurelio rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Camelas moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
aurelio feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Camelas wants to stand but aurelio is controlling the position.
aurelio wants to pass the guard but Camelas is keeping the position.

aurelio passes Camelas's left leg - he's now in half guard.
aurelio is looking to take a break and control but Camelas is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
aurelio looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Let's hope that aurelio has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Camelas wants to get back to full guard.
aurelio is looking to advance position but Camelas won't allow it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Camelas tries to clinch but fails miserably
and aurelio counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by aurelio.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
aurelio decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
rafael aurelio showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

aurelio connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

aurelio looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

aurelio is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Camelas swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and aurelio counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Camelas!
Camelas wants to hold on but aurelio pushes him away.

aurelio gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

and aurelio holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

aurelio fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Camelas, pushing him back against the cage.
Camelas gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from aurelio.
aurelio is trying to drag Camelas to the mat but Camelas just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Camelas has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. aurelio avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Benito Camelas has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

aurelio keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Camelas's efforts to push away.

Camelas throws a strike but aurelio rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
aurelio stands and throws Camelas's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Well aurelio has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
