Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Kay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durden comes to the cage accompanied by All Nightmare Long. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyler Durden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Kay! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kay avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Durden lands with a slapping head kick. Durden misses with a double jab.
Durden works the jab nicely. Kay decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Durden trying to control from the bottom.
Well, if Kay is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Durden is looking for a sweep. Kay is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Kay stalling. Let's hope that Kay has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Durden trying to hold on to Kay's head to control him but Kay postures up.
Kay is working for a kimura but Durden is defending it quite comfortably.

Kay missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kay slows the pace down in half guard. Durden wants to get back to his feet.
Kay working over Durden with some ground and pound. Durden looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Durden kicks off Kay and gets to his feet. Durden is breathing heavily. Kay closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Durden did well to prevent Kay getting side control. Kay tries to pass to full mount but Durden defends it. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Kay slows the pace down in half guard. Durden is trying to control but can't.
Durden tries to roll over but Kay keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kay keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Despite being in the dominant position, John Kay just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Durden goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Tyler Durden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kay shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Kay takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Durden tries to reverse the position but Kay maintains control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kay pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Kay dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Durden pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kay throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kay closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Durden did well to prevent Kay getting side control. The fighters are battling for position here. Durden manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Kay gets to his feet. Durden looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Kay shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Kay looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's one minute gone in the round. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Durden tries to kick Kay off but Kay keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Durden manages to get to full guard.
Durden really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Durden wants to stand up but Kay is controlling him. Durden is trying to control the position but Kay postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kay scoring with some ground and pound. Kay stands up from guard. Let's bang! Durden fails in his attempt to clinch. Durden with a poor takedown and Kay decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Durden's guard. Kay sitting in guard here, content to control. Durden wants to control but Kay passes easily into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Durden throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Durden is trying to get back to full guard. Durden regains full guard. Nicely done. Durden wants to stand and escape but Kay is having none of it. Kay trying to control the position from guard on top but Durden is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kay is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Durden is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kay looking for submissions off his back. Durden is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Kay as he works his way to full guard.
Durden will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Durden tries to free his leg and advance position but Kay is retaining full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Kay showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Kay pushes Durden up against the cage in a clinch. Kay tries to land knees in the clinch but Durden avoids the damage to the body. Kay jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Durden walks away with a smile on his face. Kay gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Durden drives through with a takedown into guard. Kay has control of Durden's left arm, preventing Durden from doing any damage. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kay is on top in guard.
Durden has his feet on Kay's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Kay scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Durden gets full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kay drops back, looking for a kneebar! Durden looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Durden looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Durden! Kay is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Durden asserts his dominance and retains side control. Durden looking to control but instead Kay has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Durden thows a huge punch but Kay dodges it nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kay is controlling Durden's trapped leg to prevent Durden from advancing to side control. Durden is stalling here. Kay is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Durden seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Kay has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Kay moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Durden prevents Kay from moving into mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kay decides to stand back up. Kay steps back and let's Durden get back to his feet. Durden shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Kay counters with a nice double leg into side control. Durden won't be happy with that. Durden is looking to reverse the position. Durden sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Kay is controlling the pace.
Durden wants to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Durden is trying to stand up here but Kay is controlling him well. Durden tries to get to full guard but Kay has control of the leg. Kay thows a huge punch but Durden dodges it nicely.
Kay throwing shots but Durden is blocking nicely. John Kay has got the better of the ground game so far. Durden is looking for a sweep. Kay is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Tyler Durden has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! John Kay is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Durden looking for submissions off his back.
And that's the end of the fight! John Kay comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kay winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
