Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between DeShawn Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jones Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown comes to the cage accompanied by I'll Whip Ya Head Boy . Jones Jackson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Brown but Brown pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Brown throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jackson was covering up waiting for the punch and Brown finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Brown stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jackson wants to stand and escape but Brown is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

and Jackson counters with a three punch combo that has Brown backing up. Brown nods at Jackson to acknowledge the strikes.
Brown feints and as Jackson raises his hands in defense, Brown changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jackson has Brown pulled in close to control his posture.
Let's hope that Jackson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Jackson sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Despite being in the dominant position, Jones Jackson just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Brown feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Jackson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Jackson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Jackson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Brown to the mat! Brown manages to get full guard.
Jackson wants to get up but he can't break Brown's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Brown might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Brown wants to sweep here but Jackson controlling him for the moment.
Brown pushes Jackson off and gets back to his feet.
Brown shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Brown showed some decent athleticism there.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Jackson is staying active underneath Brown, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Brown, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
