Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Andre Rasputin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Rock Lesnar!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasputin scores with a head kick.
Lesnar slips a jab and a cross from Rasputin.
Rasputin moves out of range of the strikes.
Rasputin lands with a nice body punch.
Lesnar throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rasputin's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Rasputin duly obliges.
Rasputin throws a nice head kick!
Lesnar tries to clinch up but Rasputin circles away and keeps his distance.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Rasputin.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nice jab there from Lesnar.
Rasputin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Rasputin connects with a high kick.
Lesnar takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Lesnar is rocked!
Rasputin tries to bum rush Lesnar with a series of wild strikes but Lesnar uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rasputin throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Lesnar is still on wobbly legs! Can Rasputin finish him?
Lesnar misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lesnar looks gassed!
Lesnar takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Lesnar seems to have recovered his senses.
Lesnar takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Rasputin - that will leave a mark!
Rasputin lands a big head kick that sends Lesnar tumbling to the mat! Rasputin takes a step backwards and waves Lesnar back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Lesnar drops his hands momentarily and Rasputin needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Lesnar just on the top of the head. Lesnar drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Lesnar - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Andre Rasputin!
