Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Moon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parker comes into the arena with Young blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker tries to clinch there but Moon circles away.
Parker tries a head kick but it misses.
Parker uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Moon.
Moon thuds a left hand into Parker's body.
Moon scores with a hook.
Parker is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Moon.
Parker pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Parker is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Good exchange - Moon coming out on top.
Moon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Moon works the jab nicely.
Parker takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Parker closes this distance looking for a takedown but Moon circles away.

The crowd cheers as Moon lands an impressive looking overhand right. Parker doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Michael Parker has been cut.
Moon clobbers Parker with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Moon connects with a single shot there.
Moon might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Parker drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Moon throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Parker stumbling backwards into the cage! Parker bounces back off the cage towards Moon, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Moon lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Moon celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
