Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hiroshiki Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akiro Hisao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Akiro Hisao will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiroshiki Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Akiro Hisao! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Hirohito Nitta and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hisao tries to clinch up. Lee shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hisao is trying to defend but Lee finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Lee is trying to control. Hisao wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Hisao trying to control but Lee postures up.
Lee prevents Hisao from improving his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lee is taking a breather. Hisao says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Hisao has his hands clasped together around Lee's back. He's all about the action. Lee throwing shots but Hisao is blocking nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hisao avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lee. Hisao trying to control here.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hisao throws a sloppy head kick and Lee moves out of range easily. Lee thows a body kick. Hisao tries to catch it but that hurt him. Hisao has his takedown stuffed and Lee counters with a shoot takedown. Hisao fights it but they end up in guard. Lee trying to control the position from guard on top but Hisao is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lee really is a fat lump. Hisao is trying to control the position but Lee postures up. Hisao is working an open guard so Lee takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Hisao slips a jab and a cross from Lee.
Hisao with a poor takedown and Lee counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hisao won't be happy with that. Lee is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Hisao tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Lee wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Lee stands up and beckons Hisao to his feet. Hisao doesn't succeed with the takedown and Lee counters by clinching up. Hiroshiki Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Akiro Hisao. Lee gets a trip takedown into half guard. Lee throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Lee is trying to control. Hisao wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Lee wants to stand but Hisao has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Hisao keeping control of the position. Hisao trying to control but Lee postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Hisao slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Hisao has control of Lee's left arm, preventing Lee from doing any damage. Lee postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Hisao is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Hisao prevents Lee from improving his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Hisao wants to stand up but Lee is controlling the position.
Hisao really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lee wants to get back to full guard. Hisao trying to control from half guard but Lee is working away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hisao decides to stand and escape the position. Hisao tries to clinch but Lee moves away letting Lee counter with a right hand. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hisao is defended easily by Lee. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hiroshiki Lee dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Hisao misses with a kick to the body.
Lee takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Lee misses with a straight right. Hisao is a very stocky fighter. Infact he's such a weird shape that he's almost like some sort of comedy character - it's hard to believe he's real. Horrible takedown by Hisao or perhaps it was just good defense by Lee which made him look bad. Hisao lands a with a good body shot. Nice sprawl there from Lee as Hisao shoots in. Lee drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hisao regains half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Hisao is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lee pulls his head out easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee trying to control the action but Hisao is working from the bottom. Hisao wants to get back to full guard. Lee is trying to control. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Lee swats away the attempt to clinch by Hisao.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Some wild striking there from Hisao.
Lee misses with a takedown attempt - Hisao sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Hisao lands with a nice combination. Lee backs away looking to recover. Hisao gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Lee counters with a nice double leg into guard. Hiroshiki Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Akiro Hisao. Lee trying to control the position from guard on top but Hisao is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lee looking to pass the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hisao trying to keep a closed guard but Lee is proving a slippery customer.
Hisao working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lee manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Hisao manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lee manages to get himself to full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lee bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hisao's guard. Hisao avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Hisao looking for a sweep. Not yet Hisao, not yet. Lee avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Hisao is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hiroshiki Lee dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Hisao shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Lee pushes Hisao up against the cage in a clinch. Lee drags the fight down to the ground.
Lee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hisao is one step ahead there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee wants to get back to his feet but Hisao is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hisao content to stall in guard here. Lee keeping moving, preventing Hisao from controlling successfully. Hisao trying to stand up but can't free himself from Lee's guard. Lee can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hisao controls the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hisao looks to land a combination. Lee sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee swats away the attempt to clinch by Hisao. Hisao looks to land a body kick but Lee moved away. Hisao fails to land the takedown. Hisao fails in his attempt to clinch. Hisao tries to clinch and Lee moves into the clinch. Lee gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Hisao.
Hiroshiki Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Akiro Hisao. Lee has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Hisao clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Lee misses with punches from the back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee has the hooks in. Hisao is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hisao trying to control the action but Lee just sinks the hooks in. Lee is hanging on to Hisao's back as he tries to escape.
Hisao is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Lee gets his way!
Lee doesn't have the hooks in and Hisao manages to turn into his guard.
Lee is trying to control the position but Hisao postures up. Lee can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hisao controls the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hisao tries for a takedown but Lee circles away easily and Lee counters by moving into the clinch. Lee keeps control of Hisao as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Hisao working hard to break the clinch. Hisao takes a knee right on the jaw!
Hisao goes for a takedown in the clinch but Lee prevents it.
Lee stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Akiro Hisao has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hiroshiki Lee is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hisao is persisting with his attempts to control the action in the clinch, rather than do any real damage. Hisao tries to land knees in the clinch but Lee avoids the damage to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Hiroshiki Lee showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lee, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
