Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawsoner tries to close the distance and clinch but Bongo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bongo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lawsoner as he jumps to the side.
Bongo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Bongo is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lawsoner has escaped the position, nice work there.
Bongo just content to control the position.
Lawsoner really is a fat lump.
Lawsoner manages to get back to half guard.
Bongo is pressing down on Lawsoner's thigh, looking to free his foot. Lawsoner is holding on for now.
Lawsoner actively working from the bottom here.

Bongo content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Bongo is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Lawsoner reverses the position - he's now on top in Bongo's guard.
Lawsoner stops Bongo from standing up.
Lawsoner drops back looking for a leg! Bongo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bongo manages to kick Lawsoner off! Lawsoner jumps back into Bongo's guard.
Lawsoner has gone for a leg lock! Bongo slips out almost immediately though and dives into Lawsoner's guard.
Bongo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lawsoner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Lawsoner had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Bongo is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Lawsoner Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Bongo's back instead.
Lawsoner looking for the choke but no joy.
Lawsoner is breathing heavily.
Bongo tries to roll but Lawsoner sticks to his back.

Lawsoner not allowing Bongo to control his hands.
Bongo turns into Lawsoner and is now in his guard.
Bongo won't allow Lawsoner to sweep him here.
Lawsoner has a closed guard, preventing Bongo from standing up.
Bongo's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Bongo is trying to land a reversal but Lawsoner doesn't like that idea too much. He pushed the legs to the side and dives into side control. He's managed to grab a loose arm triangle. Lawsoner is tightening it up though! This could be trouble for Bongo! Bongo trying desperately to escape but he's gone limp! He's out! Wooooorld class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Lawsoner!
