Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Terrell Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis comes to the cage accompanied by Ghetto Soldier. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kurt King was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Terrell Davis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kurt King! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Davis scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Davis looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. King tries to bench press Davis off him but Davis keeps the position. King is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Davis's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Davis is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Davis takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Davis is trying to control the action in half guard but King is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Davis content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. King is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are battling for position here. King manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Davis trying to control but King is working from the bottom. King is looking for a triangle but Davis pushes his legs off easily.
King looking for a guillotine here but Davis defends easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Davis drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Davis jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. King is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. King is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Davis is aware though and is defending well. Davis trying to control but King is working from the bottom. King being controlled here, momentarily. Davis drops back looking for a leg! King is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and King manages to kick Davis off! Davis jumps back into King's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Davis sitting in guard here, content to control. Davis wants to control from the top but King keeps moving. King is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Davis defends well. Davis controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Terrell Davis just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. King loads up on a big right hand but Davis slips the punch. King gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Davis to score an easy takedown into full guard. King looking for a guillotine here but Davis defends easily.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Terrell Davis dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
King fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Davis manages to avoid it. Nice defenses there by Davis. Davis shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Davis showed some decent athleticism there. Davis is trying to control the action in half guard but King is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Davis is figuring out what he wants to do next. King is looking to get back to full guard here but Davis has managed to pass to side control instead. King is working to get back to half guard.

Davis get's back to his feet. King lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Davis circles away quickly and effectively. King throws a right and a left that Davis avoids nicely. King just misses with a punch to the body.
King slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. King throws a looping overhand right but Davis ducks down to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Davis.
Davis walks into a straight right hand from King. King swings for the body but Davis moves out of range.
King looks to land a left hand but Davis moved out of range nicely. King throws a right and a left that both miss. Davis shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Davis showed some decent athleticism there. King is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Davis has latched onto it... Big trouble! Davis pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it King is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Davis!
