Remington comes to the cage accompanied by Kymani Marley - Warriors. Golubev has chosen Leningrad - Mamba Huyamba as his entrance music. Ilya Golubev looks lathargic as he enters the arena. The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Remington shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Golubev's guard.
Golubev looking to hit a scissor sweep but Remington is one step ahead there.

Golubev had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Remington is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Golubev Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Remington's back instead.
