4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dick Hommis! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Hommis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Johnson wants to clinch. Johnson closes the distance and clinches. Hommis dodges an elbow strike from Johnson.
Hommis pulls guard effortlessly. Hommis has a closed guard, preventing Johnson from standing up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hommis managing to control the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stuart Johnson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Johnson tries to clinch up. Johnson throws a nice looking combination but Hommis bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hommis moves into the clinch. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Johnson misses with an elbow over the top. Hommis drags the fight down to the ground.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Hommis looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hommis pulls Johnson in close to prevent any damage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Johnson trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hommis's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Johnson. Johnson misses with a body punch.
Hommis pulls guard effortlessly. Hommis is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hommis's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Hommis tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Johnson trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hommis's guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Johnson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hommis is proving hard to escape from.
And that's the end of the fight! Dick Hommis comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Hommis has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
