Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Godric Westbrook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kai Kasem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasem tries a head kick but it misses.
No joy there for Westbrook, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Westbrook throws a series of punches but Kasem avoids them all with ease.
Westbrook will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Kasem pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kasem connects with a high kick.
Kasem throws a head kick that Westbrook semi-blocks.
Westbrook changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Kai Kasem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Westbrook lands a hook that stumbles Kasem back into the cage. Westbrook follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Kasem to the canvas! Westbrook pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Kasem has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
