Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owen Schmitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durden comes to the ring accompanied by Let the bodies hit the floor. Schmitt is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by In God We Trust. Tyler Durden is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Owen Schmitt! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schmitt lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Tyler Durden has been cut. Schmitt closes the distance and clinches up with Durden, looking for a takedown. Schmitt pushes Durden against the ropes but Durden circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Durden fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Durden wants to clinch. Good standup being displayed there by Schmitt as he connects with a hook. Schmitt throws a series of punches but Durden moves out of range. Schmitt swats away the attempt to clinch by Durden. Schmitt gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Durden moves into the clinch. Schmitt is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Schmitt tries to score a body lock takedown but Durden shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Schmitt tries to pull guard but Durden won't allow it.

Durden thows a huge punch but Schmitt dodges it nicely.

Durden thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Durden wants to pass to mount but Schmitt is defending the position. Schmitt has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Durden is working away from the top position though. Durden working the head and body with strikes. Durden not landing any meaningful shots this time. Schmitt is trying to stand back up but Durden is controlling him
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Durden takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. A jab from Schmitt does it's job there.

Durden darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Schmitt gets back to full guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Schmitt looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Durden wants to control from the top but Schmitt keeps moving. Schmitt is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Durden is looking to take this fight into the clinch. A slow jab from Schmitt misses its intended target. Schmitt cracks Durden with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Durden tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Schmitt paws at him with a jab and circles away. Durden is looking to clinch. Durden feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Schmitt's calf. Schmitt listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Schmitt clobbers Durden with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Durden stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Durden wants it to stay on the feet. Schmitt swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Durden counters with a nice double leg into side control. Schmitt won't be happy with that. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Owen Schmitt will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Tyler Durden's cut. That's time! Durden's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Schmitt doesn't succeed with the takedown and Schmitt takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Schmitt misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Durden holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Schmitt avoids the elbow strike from Durden, against the ropes.
Durden pulls Schmitt into guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Schmitt won't allow Durden to sweep him here. Schmitt trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Durden seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Schmitt trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Durden keeping moving, preventing Schmitt from controlling successfully. Schmitt is breathing heavily.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Schmitt with a poor takedown and Durden cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Durden moves into range and clinches up with Schmitt. Schmitt fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Schmitt takes an elbow to the temple. Schmitt is trying to drag Durden to the mat but Durden just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there. Durden manages to break the clinch.
Durden ducks right into an uppercut from Schmitt. Schmitt lands with a nice combination. Durden backs away looking to recover. Schmitt throws a chopping leg kick but Durden manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Tyler Durden is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Durden tries to close the distance and clinch but Schmitt swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Schmitt shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Durden counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Schmitt! Durden looking to control but Schmitt is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Durden is landing with some decent strikes but Schmitt is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Durden lands a nice shot to the head. Schmitt tries to hold on but Durden postures up. Schmitt slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Schmitt actively working from the bottom here. Durden is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Durden fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Durden walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Schmitt doesn't succeed with the takedown and Durden counters with a nice double leg into side control. Schmitt won't be happy with that. Durden working the ground and pound but Schmitt is defending the strikes. Durden thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Schmitt manages to get back to half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Schmitt manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Schmitt lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Durden! Schmitt has isolated one of Durden's arms. Durden looking to fight him off but Schmitt twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
