The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cosworth clinches up against the cage.

Cosworth turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Cosworth swings around for an armbar but Pellegrino sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Cosworth's guard.
Cosworth knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pellegrino on the ground.

Pellegrino has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Cosworth defend it? Pellegrino steps over the head and cranks it - Cosworth is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Pellegrino!
