Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between George Stump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Boyett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, George Stump! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Trent Boyett! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stump fails with a takedown attempt. Stump connects with a body shot. Stump closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Boyett to the mat! Boyett manages to get full guard. Boyett really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stump. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Boyett wants to stand up but Stump is controlling him. Boyett is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Boyett working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Stump doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Stump manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Boyett can do anything to dispel that myth. Stump pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Boyett is keeping the position for now. Stump is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Stump drops back looking for a leg! Boyett is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Boyett manages to kick Stump off! Stump jumps back into Boyett's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stump pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Boyett is keeping the position for now. Boyett looking for a sweep. Not yet Boyett, not yet.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Stump fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Some wild striking there from Boyett.
Stump tries to clinch up but Boyett circles away and keeps his distance. Boyett scores with a sloppy right hand. Stump should have avoided that one.
It looks like George Stump has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Boyett misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stump.
Stump falls off balance throwing a combination
and Boyett counters with a one-two to the body. Stump throws a head kick that misses. Stump checks a leg kick. Boyett bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Stump's head. Boyett jabs Stump right on the nose. Stump blinks but takes it well.
Stump is rocked! Boyett lands with a right and another and another! Stump is in big trouble! Boyett lands again and this time it's lights out for Stump! A quality knockout there for Boyett.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Trent Boyett!
