Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Narwhal Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Acanthus Fleetfoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Hit Em Up. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a shot from downtown. Fleetfoot moves away and avoids it.
Fleetfoot throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fleetfoot tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fleetfoot to the ground. Fleetfoot escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jones dodges the punch combination from Fleetfoot.
Fleetfoot throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Fleetfoot misses with a double jab.

Fleetfoot throws a series of punches but Jones moves out of range.
Jones shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Fleetfoot is trying to defend but Jones finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Jones wants to control but Fleetfoot is keeping him busy.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Fleetfoot takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Acanthus Fleetfoot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jones sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Jones thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Fleetfoot squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Jones misses with a head shot.
Jones with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Fleetfoot is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Jones sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Fleetfoot somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!
Fleetfoot will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Fleetfoot closes the distance and lands a one-two.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Jones's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Fleetfoot misses with a few strikes there.
Fleetfoot lands a nice looking body shot.
Fleetfoot scores with a jab to the jaw.
Fleetfoot lands a left and a right that send Jones crashing to the mat, dazed. Fleetfoot thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Jones is rocked!
Fleetfoot misses with a series of wild punches.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fleetfoot lands a hook that stumbles Jones back into the cage. Fleetfoot follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Jones to the canvas! Fleetfoot pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Jones has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
