Reyes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
earl tries to clinch but Reyes is having none of it.
earl shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Reyes napping and manages to drive through into side control!
earl is trying to get an arm triangle but Reyes is defending well.
earl trying to control the position but Reyes is working away.
Reyes manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Reyes is working for a submission of some sort.
earl wants to get back to his feet.

earl throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

earl shoots in for a double leg but Reyes sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Reyes swats away the attempt to clinch by earl.
markus earl seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
earl doesn't manage to clinch there - Reyes circles away.
