Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Michell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Michell tests Gore's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Al Gore has been cut.
Michell swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Michell misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Michell thows a body shot but no joy.
Gore avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gore lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Michell scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Gore misses with a double jab.
Michell scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gore takes a swing at Michell's ribcage but misses.
Michell misses with a combination
and Gore connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gore throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Michell on the side of the head.
Michell scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A swing and a miss from Gore.
Gore lands a left and a right that send Michell crashing to the mat, dazed. Gore thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Lucas Michell has been cut.
Michell staying out of range there.
A left lands for Michell.
Gore cracks Michell with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Michell tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Gore pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Michell is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Al Gore!
