The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goku IV throws a series of punches but Brigg moves out of range.
Goku IV misses with a series of wild punches.
Goku IV connects with a crisp jab.
Goku IV jabs at Brigg's body.
Goku IV stuffs the takedown.
Goku IV misses with a double jab.
Goku IV scores with a nice head shot.
Goku IV swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Brigg.
It looks like Geo Brigg has been cut.
Brigg tries to land a leg kick but Goku IV saw it coming and moves away.
Goku IV stuffs the takedown attempt from Brigg. Brigg gets slowly back to his feet.
The crowd cheers as Goku IV lands an impressive looking overhand right. Brigg doesn't seem phased though.
Goku IV throws a right hand that Brigg ducks under and follows up with a left that Brigg also avoids with ease.
Goku IV drops Brigg with a beautiful combination! Brigg stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Goku IV is looking for the KO!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Goku IV tries to bum rush Brigg with a series of wild strikes but Brigg uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Goku IV drops Brigg with a beautiful combination! Brigg stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Goku IV is looking for the KO!

Goku IV connects with a nice cross there... Brigg is looking wobbly and Goku IV recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Brigg to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Goku IV jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
