Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Beltran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kasper Kessler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Beltran might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Big Poppa. Kessler has chosen Black Eyed Peas - I Got A Feeling as his entrance music. Max Beltran had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kessler moves out of range of the strikes.
Kessler connects with a solid leg kick.
Kessler attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Good exchange - Beltran coming out on top.
Kessler lands with a nice combination. Beltran backs away looking to recover.
Kessler keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Kessler scores with a sloppy right hand. Beltran should have avoided that one.
Max Beltran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Beltran has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kessler finds it's way round the side to connect with Beltran's head.

Beltran fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kessler manages to avoid it.
Beltran on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Kessler lands a front kick.
A right-left combo lands from Kessler.
It looks like Max Beltran has been cut.
Kessler works Beltran's body with a nice hook.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kessler cracks Beltran with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Good leg kick by Kessler there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Beltran takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
A jab lands there for Kessler.
Beltran takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Beltran tries to move into range but Kessler moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
A slapping leg kick lands for Kessler.
A left and a right from Kessler both land. Nice combination.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kessler, right into the meat.
Kessler scores with a jab. Beltran acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Kessler swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kessler.
Kessler swats away the attempt to clinch by Beltran.
Kessler drops Beltran with a beautiful combination! Beltran stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kessler is looking for the KO!

Kessler lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Beltran circles away quickly and effectively.
Kessler lands a with a good body shot.
Decent striking displayed by Kessler there.
Kessler steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Beltran.
Kessler feints and then cracks Beltran's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Beltran down.

Kessler drops Beltran with a beautiful combination! Beltran stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kessler is looking for the KO!
Oh Beltran is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kessler is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round!Beltran had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Kessler closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Beltran out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
