Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rumina Endo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takanori Dragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumina Endo looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Rumina Endo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Takanori Dragon! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dragon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Endo looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Dragon tries to close the distance and clinch but Endo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Endo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dragon defends it nicely. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Dragon!

Endo keeps the fight on the outside. Nice body punch from Dragon. Rumina Endo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dragon wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Dragon scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Endo doesn't seem bothered though. Dragon scores with a hook to the body. Endo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Dragon throws a combination. Endo tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Dragon fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Dragon scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Endo doesn't seem bothered though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dragon pushes Endo up against the cage in a clinch. Dragon breaks the clinch.
Nice shot lands for Dragon. Dragon changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Dragon instigates a clinch. Dragon manages to break the clinch.

Dragon stalks Endo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Endo's face. Endo staggers backwards, shaken. Dragon throws a right and a left that both miss. Takanori Dragon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dragon fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Good standup being displayed there by Dragon as he connects with a hook. This has been an exciting period of action! A combination from Dragon does no damage. Dragon stuffs the takedown. A lazy left from Dragon finds it's target. Dragon lunges at Endo with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Endo's hand. Endo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dragon is fending him off so far but Endo persists. Nope, Dragon circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rumina Endo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dragon clinches up with Endo and pushes him back against the cage. Dragon breaks the clinch.
Endo walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. A combination from Dragon does no damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dragon fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Endo on the side of the head. Dragon is working the combinations to good effect here. Endo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Dragon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Dragon ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Endo shoots in looking for a takedown. Dragon tries to sprawl out of it but Endo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dragon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Endo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Dragon lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Dragon is looking to clinch. Dragon bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Endo's head. Dragon paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Dragon looks to land a combination but Endo avoids it well. Dragon throws a nice looking combination but Endo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dragon misses with a two punch combination.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Endo. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Dragon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Dragon tries to clinch up. Dragon scores with a one two! Endo had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Dragon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Dragon tests Endo's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dragon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Endo. Endo keeps the fight on the outside. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A combination from Endo does no damage. Dragon doesn't manage to clinch there - Endo circles away.

Takanori Dragon dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Endo takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Dragon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Endo looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Endo. Dragon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Endo moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Endo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dragon swivels and escapes. Dragon throws a combination. Endo tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Dragon tries to clinch but Endo is having none of it. Dragon fails to land with a series of punches.
Takanori Dragon seems to be getting the better of the standup. Endo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dragon sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rumina Endo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dragon paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Endo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dragon throws out the jab. Endo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Endo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Dragon looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Dragon looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Dragon!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dragon wants to stand but Endo is controlling his arm. Endo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Dragon's best efforts. Dragon wants to get back to his feet.

Let's see what he's got on the ground. Endo is trying to control. Dragon wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Endo is trying for a kimura here. Dragon looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Endo wins by kimura!
