Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Smees Me (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smees Me told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Wilson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson swings for the body but Me moves out of range.
Me looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Wilson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Me, right into the meat.
Wilson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Me doesn't manage to clinch there - Wilson circles away.
Me swinging wilding here.
Wilson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Me was covering up waiting for the punch and Wilson finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Wilson advances to half guard.
Wilson keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Me tries to kick Wilson off but Wilson keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Wilson missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Me pushes Wilson off looking to stand but Wilson dives back in and keeps control.

Wilson wants to take a breather but Me is having none of it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Me pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Me throws a push kick but Wilson slaps the foot to one side.

Me throws a nice looking combination but Wilson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Smees Me seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Me misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Me lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Me.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Me as he avoids it easily.
Me goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Wilson shoots in and drives through. Me sprawls well.
Me fails with the takedown
and Wilson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Me thinking.
Wilson moves out of range of the body kick from Me.
Wilson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wilson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Me's waist but Me gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wilson off to one side.

Me tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wilson was well out of range. Poor timing from Me.
Me stalks Wilson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wilson's face. Wilson staggers backwards, shaken.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Me is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Wilson is controlling him well.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wilson is on top in guard.

Me utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Me has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Wilson trying to control the position from guard on top but Me is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Me manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Wilson is looking to improve his position but Me isn't that keen on the idea.
Smees Me is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Me trying to control but Wilson is having none of it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Me sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
John Wilson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Wilson tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Smees Me comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Me winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
