Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Rex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Keane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rex comes into the arena with Through The Fire And Flames by Dragonforce blaring out of the sound system. Roy Keane acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tyson Rex! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Roy Keane! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Keane throws a right and a left that both miss. Keane swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rex moves out of range of the body kick. A jab from Keane finds it's way through Rex's defenses. Keane moves in looking to clinch but Rex pushes him off. Keane misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Keane throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. A head kick misses from Keane. Keane looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Rex shoots in and drives through. Keane sprawls well. Keane misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Keane is looking to clinch. Keane doesn't manage to clinch there - Rex circles away.
Roy Keane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Keane misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rex shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Rex working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Rex has hold of Keane's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Keane manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Keane wants to get back to his feet.
Keane really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rex. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rex fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Rex goes for an armbar but Keane turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Keane. Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back. Rex is breathing heavily. Keane has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rex is proving hard to escape from. Keane wants to stand and escape but instead Rex has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Rex is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Keane is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Keane has escaped and now he's on top! Keane stands up from guard. Let's bang!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Keane throws a head kick that Rex semi-blocks.
Keane moves in looking to clinch but Rex pushes him off. Rex takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Keane tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rex swats him away and circles back towards the center. Keane lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Keane. Keane lands a big head kick that sends Rex to the canvas! Keane follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roy Keane!
