Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Freddy A (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and danny dunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). A comes to the cage accompanied by Like my Swagga. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Freddy A! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, danny dunn! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! dunn moves into the clinch successfully.
A goes for a takedown attempt but dunn pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
A scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. A throwing shots but dunn is blocking nicely. A sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. dunn defending well though. A is looking for a kimura here.

That's one minute gone in the round. dunn tries to kick A off but A keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. A throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
dunn closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. A keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. A regains full guard. Nicely done. A is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. A is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. A is breathing heavily. dunn trying to control the position from guard on top but A is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. A not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. dunn works over A with some ground and pound from guard. dunn gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. A lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. dunn scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. A blocks a head kick by dunn.
dunn throws a series of punches but A moves out of range. dunn doesn't manage to clinch there - A circles away.

so dunn counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A working a defensive guard here.

dunn's corner is telling him to maintain position. dunn pushing down on A's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A is staying active underneath dunn, who seems content to just control the action from this position. A is pressing down on dunn's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. dunn working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of A's head. dunn controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. dunn postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. A looking for submissions from the bottom but instead dunn passes into side control.
A tries to get back to half guard but can't. dunn controls the position from side control. You can see the frustration on A's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

dunn moves into range and clinches up with A. A has dunn pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. dunn manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. A tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. dunn just stands there and leans against the cage. A goes for a takedown in the clinch but dunn prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Freddy A. That's going to take a lot out of him. A works on dunn's body with a couple of short punches. dunn's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. dunn scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. dunn looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. dunn is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A trying to hold on to dunn's head to control him but dunn postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. dunn takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. A wants to improve his position but dunn is controlling well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. A has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. dunn is working away from the top position though.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A shoots and misses and dunn counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by dunn. A has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but dunn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. dunn preventing the sweep. A looking for a guillotine here but dunn defends easily.

A has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, dunn has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. dunn tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Poor strikes thrown by A there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
A can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as dunn is looking to escape. dunn is trying to get back to his feet but can't. dunn is desperately trying to improve his position but A has a good base and remains in mount. danny dunn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

A escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. dunn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. A is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Freddy A has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! A has his foot on dunn's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. dunn works his way back into a safe position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. dunn controlling from the top position. A wants to stand and escape but dunn is having none of it. A has momentary wrist control but dunn slips an elbow through the middle. A is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. A has his foot on dunn's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. dunn works his way back into a safe position though. dunn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

And that's the end of the fight! danny dunn comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well dunn has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
