Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sho Fukamachi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankie Shepherd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fukamachi's entrance music is Guyver: The Bio-Boosted Armor. A fine choice. Shepherd has chosen Eye Of The Tiger as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fukamachi clinches up against the cage.
Shepherd scores with a shot to the side of Fukamachi's head.
Fukamachi can't break the clinch.
Fukamachi tries to stall but Shepherd uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Shepherd tries to circle away but Fukamachi has him pinned against the cage.

Shepherd breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fukamachi has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Fukamachi there as he acknowledges the shot.
Fukamachi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shepherd.
Frankie Shepherd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fukamachi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Shepherd fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Fukamachi looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Shepherd connects with a good right hand that stumbles Fukamachi. Fukamachi circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Fukamachi needs to keep his hands up - Shepherd had a free shot at his head there.
Shepherd looks to land a left hand but Fukamachi moved out of range nicely.
Shepherd fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Fukamachi.
Fukamachi looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Fukamachi is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Shepherd can do anything to dispel that myth.

Fukamachi lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Fukamachi misses with a jab, cross combination.

Shepherd fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Shepherd throws a lazy right hand but Fukamachi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Shepherd tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fukamachi was well out of range. Poor timing from Shepherd.
Fukamachi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Shepherd sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fukamachi somewhat.
Shepherd lands with a hook. Fukamachi tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Shepherd throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Fukamachi on the side of the head.

Shepherd is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Fukamachi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
A slow jab from Shepherd misses its intended target.

Shepherd feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Fukamachi crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
