Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Pinto Nobre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Filip Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pinto Nobre comes into the arena with Disturbed - The Night blaring out of the sound system. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Oliveira throws a quick inside leg kick.
Oliveira throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pinto Nobre.
Pinto Nobre ducks right into an uppercut from Oliveira.
Filip Oliveira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Oliveira throws a nice looking combination but Pinto Nobre bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Oliveira throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Oliveira goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Oliveira scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Oliveira throws a jab but it's blocked by Pinto Nobre.
No luck for Pinto Nobre with that takedown attempt.

Pinto Nobre changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Oliveira looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Pinto Nobre wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Oliveira, who protects the arm well.

Pinto Nobre is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Oliveira is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Oliveira wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Oliveira is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Oliveira is trying to stand up here but Pinto Nobre is controlling him well.
Pinto Nobre really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Pinto Nobre is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Oliveira is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
