Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bam Bam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noah Gregory (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bam's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Military Soviet Hymn . Noah Gregory told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bam Bam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Noah Gregory! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bam closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bam lands in his opponent's guard. Bam is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Gregory trying to control the position.
Bam has gone for a leg lock! Gregory slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bam's guard. Gregory is looking to stand up but Bam won't let him. Bam on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bam tries to get out of the position. Gregory trying to control the position from guard on top but Bam is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gregory passes into half guard. Gregory not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bam is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Gregory pulls his head out easily. Gregory should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Gregory seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bam does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Bam shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bam. Gregory controlling from mount. Bam prevents Gregory from taking his back. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Bam. Bam postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gregory is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bam, into his guard. Bam escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gregory gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gregory seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gregory can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Gregory loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Bam keeping moving, preventing Gregory from controlling successfully. Bam working for a triangle but Gregory defends it easily.
Gregory sitting in guard, not really doing much. Gregory looking to pass the guard. Gregory is breathing heavily. Bam isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Gregory stacks Bam on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Gregory!

Gregory seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Bam has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Bam is looking for a kimura. He might have it! And that's the end of the fight! Noah Gregory comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Gregory has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
