Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peligroso Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Peligroso Sanchez was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Chuck Evans! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Peligroso Sanchez! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanchez wants to clinch. Sanchez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Evans swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sanchez is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Evans throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sanchez on the side of the head. Sanchez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Evans swivels and escapes. Sanchez throws a head kick that misses. Evans tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Evans scores with a three punch combo!
Evans thuds a left hand into Sanchez's body. Sanchez walks into a left hand. The fight stays on the outside here - Sanchez looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sanchez is looking to clinch. Sanchez with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Evans to score with a decent uppercut. Evans throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Evans connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sanchez's hands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Evans keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Sanchez tries to clinch but Evans is having none of it. Sanchez shoots in for a takedown but Evans shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Evans lands a glancing blow to the side of Sanchez's head. Sanchez throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Evans circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sanchez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Evans swivels and escapes. Chuck Evans has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peligroso Sanchez. Sanchez avoids the head kick by Evans.
Evans scores with a decent looking hook. Sanchez fails in his attempt to clinch. Evans keeps the fight on the outside. Evans cracks Sanchez with a good jab. Evans scores with a three punch combo!
Sanchez scores with a kick to the midsection. Evans connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Sanchez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Evans is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Evans tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Sanchez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Sanchez looks gassed! Evans displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Sanchez is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Evans lands with a thumping leg kick.
Sanchez throws a head kick but Evans moves out of range.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sanchez.
Evans lands a two punch combo.
Sanchez closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Sanchez takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Peligroso Sanchez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sanchez fails with a takedown attempt. Evans lands a left and a right that send Sanchez crashing to the mat, dazed. Evans thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Sanchez is still on wobbly legs! Can Evans finish him? BOOM! Evans lands a beautiful left hook that drops Sanchez. Sanchez tries to recover but Evans is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Sanchez lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chuck Evans!
