Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Solomon Burke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Waldemar Silvia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Burke might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Discoboys - I came for you. Waldemar Silvia is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Solomon Burke!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Waldemar Silvia!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvia fails with an attempt to clinch.
Silvia tries to clinch up.
Burke throws a head kick that misses.
A lazy left from Burke finds it's target.
Silvia swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Silvia gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Silvia wants a takedown but no success here.

Silvia jumps into guard, dragging Burke to the mat.

Silvia is working an open guard so Burke takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Burke fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Silvia.
Burke throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Silvia's head.
Burke tries a head kick but it misses.
Burke scores with the left hand. Silvia knows he should have avoided that one.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silvia is looking to clinch.
Silvia fails with an attempt to clinch.
Waldemar Silvia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silvia blocks a head kick by Burke.
Silvia tries to close the distance and clinch up but Burke swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Burke throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Silvia crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Burke - the referee stops the clock and Silvia gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Burke. Silvia manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Silvia tries to close the distance and clinch but Burke swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Silvia clinches up against the cage.

Burke breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Burke throws a leg kick which misses Silvia's front leg but catches the back leg as Silvia tries to avoid it.
Silvia looks gassed!
Silvia shoots in but no luck this time.

Burke lands a big head kick that sends Silvia tumbling to the mat! Burke takes a step backwards and waves Silvia back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Silvia is rocked!
Burke lands with a big right hook that stumbles Silvia - he's out on his feet here! Burke follows up with another monster hook that separates Silvia from consciousness! Silvia falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Burke stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Solomon Burke!
