Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bryan Askhat Kariebatonov! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Edson Gomes and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! EdU closes the distance and clinches up with Kariebatonov, looking for a takedown. EdU pushes Kariebatonov against the cage but Kariebatonov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kariebatonov closes this distance looking for a takedown but EdU circles away. EdU will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

No, Kariebatonov has managed to get both his arms back between EdU's legs - danger averted. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kariebatonov throwing strikes from guard but EdU blocks nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
DuDu EdU dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
EdU drives through with a takedown into guard. EdU thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kariebatonov manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. EdU looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from EdU! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. EdU looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
