Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joey Gambino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daemon Torton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joey Gambino!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Daemon Torton!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gambino smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Torton walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Torton tries to move into range but Gambino moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Torton.
Gambino scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Gambino shoots in and bounces Torton off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gambino thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Gambino passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Torton is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Gambino has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Torton is trying to get back to half guard.
Gambino lands a decent elbow from side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gambino works to advance to full mount. Torton defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Torton tries to lock up and control but Gambino gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

You get the feeling that Torton really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Gambino has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Torton's face.
Gambino can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Torton is looking to escape.

Gambino takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Torton seems to have recovered his senses.
Torton is trying to stand up here but Gambino is controlling him well.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Torton works his way to full guard. Good work.
Gambino lands a couple of elbows.
Gambino stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Torton swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gambino stands up over Torton, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Torton seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Torton wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Gambino manages to pass to side control.
Gambino passes the guard and advances to mount!
Gambino postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Torton looks a forlorn figure.
Torton is trying desperately to improve position.
Gambino lands a big shot there that rocks Torton but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Torton tries to reverse the position but Gambino maintains control.
Torton is squirming around, avoiding Gambino's attempts to control the action.
Gambino quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Gambino but it's paid off an Torton is forced to tap! Nice work by Gambino.
