Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Joey De Andreas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jealous jarvae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think De Andreas might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Free Bird by Leonard Skynard. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jarvae pulls out of a head kick attempt.
De Andreas lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by De Andreas.
Joey De Andreas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

De Andreas pushes jarvae up against the cage in a clinch.
jarvae manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

De Andreas pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Good exchange - De Andreas coming out on top.
De Andreas misses with a two punch combination.
jarvae tries to land a leg kick but De Andreas saw it coming and moves away.
jarvae throws a leg kick that misses.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from De Andreas.

De Andreas drives through with a takedown into guard.
De Andreas wants to stand but jarvae has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
De Andreas throws and elbow that misses. jarvae uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in De Andreas's guard. Nice move by jarvae!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
De Andreas throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.
De Andreas tries to buck jarvae off but jarvae is having none of it.

De Andreas manages to work his way to half guard, despite jarvae's best efforts.
