Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Duperron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Chijo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duperron comes to the cage accompanied by Jadakiss - pain and torture. Eddie Chijo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Duperron! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eddie Chijo! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chijo tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Chijo looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Duperron tries to clinch there but Chijo circles away.
Duperron is looking to clinch. Duperron works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Duperron throws a leg kick but Chijo sees it coming and checks it nicely. Duperron tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Chijo swivels and escapes. Chijo should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Chijo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Duperron tries to clinch up but Chijo circles away and keeps his distance. Left hook, right uppercut from Duperron. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Chijo looks for a takedown but Duperron sprawls well. Duperron wants to clinch up but Chijo keeps it at a distance. Duperron tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Duperron will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Duperron tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Chijo paws at him with a jab and circles away. Chijo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Duperron. Duperron is looking to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Duperron looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Duperron fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Chijo avoids it really well and circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Duperron. That's going to take a lot out of him. Duperron lands with a right that hurts Chijo. Chijo looks to clinch but Duperron throws a short knee that drops Chijo. This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch and Knee). Dan Duperron!
