Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Wells (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bock Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacob Wells!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bock Green!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green moves in looking to clinch but Wells pushes him off.

Wells has taken the fight to the clinch.
Wells landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Wells tries to land a knee to the head but Green blocks with his arms.
Wells gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Green unloads a knee to the mid-section. Wells lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Wells creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Green's defenses.

Wells has picked Green up - he's going for a ride! Wells dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Green kicks off Wells and gets to his feet.
Green darts in trying to clinch

and Wells counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Green thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Green is looking for a triangle but Wells pushes his legs off easily.
Wells sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Green's guard.

Green pushes Wells off looking to stand but Wells dives back in and keeps control.

Wells postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Green to stand up.
Green tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Wells holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

The is referee keeping an eye on Wells - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Green is fighting off a takedown attempt but Wells is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Green to the mat. Green regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Green is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Wells is keeping busy.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Green has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wells can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
