Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Quincy Morgan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, David Suarez!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suarez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.


It looks like David Suarez has been cut.
Suarez throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Morgan misses with a series of wild punches.
Suarez takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
A left lands for Morgan.
Morgan misses with the combination.
Suarez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Morgan's waist but Morgan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Suarez off to one side.
Morgan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Suarez.
Morgan changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Suarez thows a body shot but no joy.
Suarez throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Morgan's head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Morgan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Suarez checks a leg kick nicely.
Morgan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Morgan throws a half hearted mid kick.
Morgan throws a nice looking combination but Suarez bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Suarez swings for the body but Morgan moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Morgan.
Morgan lands a jab to Suarez's midsection.

Suarez gets a takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Morgan wants to control but Suarez is keeping busy and won't allow it.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Suarez is looking for a kimura here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Morgan is trying to stand.
Morgan tries to get to full guard but Suarez has control of the leg.
Suarez not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Suarez seems to be working for a kimura but Morgan defends the submission attempt.
Morgan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Morgan is looking to escape.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Suarez moves away from the strike by Morgan.
Suarez gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Suarez falls off balance throwing a combination
and Morgan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Suarez looks gassed!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Morgan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Suarez, pushing him back against the cage.
Suarez wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Morgan has him pressed against the cage.
Morgan keeps control of Suarez as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Morgan stops a takedown attempt from Suarez.
Suarez wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Suarez tries to break the clinch but Morgan is controlling the position.
Morgan prevents Suarez from breaking the clinch.
Morgan lands an uppercut.
Suarez is trying to break free.
Morgan lands a body shot.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Morgan takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Morgan lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Suarez jumps into guard, dragging Morgan to the mat.

Suarez looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Morgan is defending well. Suarez quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Morgan has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Suarez celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
