Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Turner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, David Parker!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Turner shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Parker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Turner can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Parker is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Parker has Turner pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Turner manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Turner drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Parker gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Parker is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Turner can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Parker has hold of Turner's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Turner manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
