Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ray Boto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronny Rampage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boto has managed to clinch.
Rampage gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Boto.
Rampage is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Boto gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Rampage tries to score a body lock takedown but Boto shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Rampage jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Boto walks away with a smile on his face. Rampage gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Ray Boto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronny Rampage. Boto closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Rampage changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Boto fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Nice takedown defense from Boto. No joy for Rampage on that attempt. Ronny Rampage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rampage tries for a takedown but Boto sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Boto slaps away a takedown attempt from Rampage, before circling back to the center of the mat. Boto looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Boto trying to control but Rampage is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rampage utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Rampage can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Boto controls the pace. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boto pushes down on Rampage's leg and manages to get into half guard. Boto thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Rampage's head. Boto working over Rampage with some ground and pound. Rampage looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Rampage looks gassed! Rampage on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Boto content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Boto wants to pass the guard but Rampage is defending well. Boto performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Boto looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Boto is trying to control the action in half guard but Rampage is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Boto trying to control the pace. Rampage is trying to control but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rampage moves into full guard.
Boto wants to control from the top but Rampage keeps moving. Boto stands up and waves to Rampage to follow him. Rampage shoots and misses and Boto counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Boto is looking for a kimura but Rampage is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Boto to get the leverage. Boto blocks the strikes from Rampage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boto decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Rampage gets caught flat footed, as Boto shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Boto trying to control the position from guard on top but Rampage is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Boto sitting in guard, not really doing much. Boto tries to free his leg and advance position but Rampage is retaining full guard. Rampage is trying to keep Boto in close.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Boto is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Boto dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Rampage shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Boto holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Boto has Rampage pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Boto pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Rampage tumbling to the mat - Boto dives into Rampage's guard. Boto lands a couple of decent looking shots. Rampage keeping moving, preventing Boto from controlling successfully. Boto is really struggling to control Rampage but he's trying to hold on to the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rampage throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Boto is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Rampage is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Rampage has escaped and now he's on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Rampage throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Boto works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Boto looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Rampage slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Rampage trying to control the action but Boto is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rampage creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Boto sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Boto wants to control but Rampage postures up. Ray Boto overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Rampage working the head and body with strikes. Rampage works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Rampage slows the pace down. Boto gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Rampage is looking to stall here but Boto recovers full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boto controls Rampage momentarily but Rampage frees himself. Boto wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Boto looking for a sweep. Not yet Boto, not yet. Boto is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rampage is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Rampage avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Rampage passes easily into side control. Nice work. Boto wants to control but Rampage postures up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rampage working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Boto dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Boto shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Boto was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Rampage tries to lock up and control but Boto gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Rampage might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Boto kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Boto looking to control and managing it successfully. Boto gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Boto tries for a takedown but Rampage circles away easily so Rampage counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rampage wants to control from the top but Boto keeps moving. Boto trying to control the position.
Boto wants to sweep but no luck. Rampage looking to sit in guard and control but Boto gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Boto trying to control the position from guard on top but Rampage is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Rampage working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Boto. Boto trying to control but Rampage is working from the bottom. Rampage is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Rampage feints and as Boto raises his hands in defense, Rampage changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Boto looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Boto looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rampage is one step ahead there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boto is looking for a triangle but Rampage pushes his legs off easily.
Boto tries to strike from the bottom.
Boto is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Boto working a defensive guard but Rampage manages to pass into side control anyway.
Rampage scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Boto to see if he's OK.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Boto manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Boto trying to hold on to Rampage's head to control him but Rampage postures up.

Boto is staying active underneath Rampage, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ronny Rampage has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ray Boto is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Rampage tries to pass the half guard into mount. Boto knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Ronny Rampage. Well Boto has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
