The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palmer throws a nice looking combination but Tenev bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Palmer lands a left and a right that send Tenev crashing to the mat, dazed. Palmer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Palmer.
Palmer tries to close the distance and clinch but Tenev swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Palmer lands a brutal head kick. Tenev looks out on his feet and Palmer throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
