Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald slaps away a takedown attempt from Lang, before circling back to the center of the mat.
McDonald throws a right hand that Lang ducks under and follows up with a left that Lang also avoids with ease.
McDonald bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Lang is trying hard to land a takedown here. McDonald sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
McDonald looks to land a combination but Lang avoids it well.
Lang is looking to clinch but McDonald is avoiding it.
McDonald looks to land a left hand but Lang moved out of range nicely.
Lang wants to clinch up but McDonald keeps it at a distance.
McDonald rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lang moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McDonald keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Herman Lang. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lang takes a body punch but keeps moving.
McDonald misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
McDonald looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
McDonald looks to land a right hand but Lang moved out of range.
Lang shoots in and drives through. McDonald sprawls well.
Lang throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. McDonald was covering up waiting for the punch and Lang finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Lang has gone for a leg lock! McDonald slips out almost immediately though and dives into Lang's guard.
McDonald controlling from the top position.
McDonald really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lang. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Lang working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McDonald doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McDonald manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Lang is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
McDonald trying to control but Lang is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nate McDonald dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
McDonald fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Lang shoots in for a takedown but McDonald shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
McDonald missing with a left hand there. Lang was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Lang misses with a hook to the body
and McDonald counters with a left and a right... And another left! Lang is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
