Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Damon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paco Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rivera comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Oh Fortuna kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Luis Engracia and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Damon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rivera.
Damon swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rivera.
Damon swats away the attempt to clinch by Rivera.

Rivera gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Damon to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Damon looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Damon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rivera swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Damon is stalling in the full guard.
Damon works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Damon passes the guard and advances to mount!
Rivera swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
A nice elbow there by Damon.
Rivera throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Damon is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Rivera can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Damon takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Rivera wants to hold on but Damon pushes him away.
Damon putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Damon postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Rivera out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Damon goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
