The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Stanojevic chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jones can pounce on him.
Jones moves into range and clinches up with Stanojevic.
Jones is trying to maintain a safe position but Stanojevic gets an underhook and turns Jones into the cage.

Stanojevic lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Stanojevic tries to pull guard but Jones won't allow it.
Jones wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Stanojevic has him pressed against the cage.

Stanojevic drops back looking for a leg! Jones is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jones manages to kick Stanojevic off! Stanojevic jumps back into Jones's guard.
Jones wants to get back to his feet but Stanojevic is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Stanojevic is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jones is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jones has escaped and now he's on top!
Jones lands a couple of elbows.
Stanojevic had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Jones is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Stanojevic Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Jones's back instead.
Jones tries to escape but Stanojevic has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Stanojevic has got one arm under Jones's chin. This could be trouble... Jones trying to control the other hand but Stanojevic gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Jones has tapped out! The fight is over!
