Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Himsa Luger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Collins has chosen Irish Rebel Song as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Himsa Luger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Max Collins! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Luger tries to clinch but Collins is having none of it. Collins has managed to clinch.
Luger is working for takedown but Collins is calmly controlling the position for now. Collins stops a takedown attempt from Luger.
Collins pulls guard effortlessly. Collins looking for subs off his back but Luger has passed one foot through into half guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Collins tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Luger has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Luger has hold of Collins's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Collins manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Luger goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Collins turns into him and now he's in Luger's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luger is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Collins defends well. Collins wants to control from the top but Luger keeps moving. Luger looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Collins has picked Luger up and slammed him! Luger can't keep hold of the triangle and Collins manages to pass to side control! Collins decides to stand up, so the ref orders Luger to his feet. Collins scores a takedown into full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Collins looking for a guillotine from mount but Luger is having none of it. Luger tries to lock up and control but Collins gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Luger is looking to get to half guard. Luger taking shots to the head. Luger can't escape the position.
Collins putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Collins lands a heavy elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Collins landing strikes from the mount and Luger is in trouble! Luger is trying to escape the mount.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Collins cracks Luger with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Collins tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Collins looking to finish Luger with some ground and pound. This is bad for Luger! Collins controlling the pace for now. Luger is trying to escape the mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Collins wants to control the pace but Luger is squirming around nicely. Collins controlling from mount. Collins wants to take his opponent's back but Luger doesn't allow it. Collins tries to control but Luger wriggling away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Max Collins dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Collins looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Collins scoring with strikes to the body and head. Luger wants to improve his position but Collins is controlling well.
Luger looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Well, if Collins is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Luger might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Collins seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Luger does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luger is looking to improve his position.
Luger looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Collins is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Luger defends it well. Collins is just content to waste time from the top position. Luger takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Luger moves in looking to clinch but Collins pushes him off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Collins clinches. Luger drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Luger tries to score a body lock takedown but Collins shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Luger tries to pull guard but Collins holds him up against the ropes and eventually Luger drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Himsa Luger. That's going to take a lot out of him. Collins working hard to break the clinch. Luger is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Collins pulls him back up using the underhooks. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Collins pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Luger with a lazy takedown attempt and Collins counters with a nice double leg into side control. Luger won't be happy with that. Collins decides to stand back up. Collins steps back and let's Luger get back to his feet. Luger tries for a takedown but Collins circles away easily and Collins counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Collins is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Luger working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Collins has passed into half guard!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Collins tries to pass to full mount but Luger defends it. Collins is keen to just control but Luger is a slippery customer. Collins might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Luger kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Collins keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Luger is staying active underneath Collins, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Luger is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Collins tries to pass the half guard into mount. Luger knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Luger tries to get to full guard but Collins has control of the leg.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Collins clinches with his opponent.
Collins manages to pull guard.
Luger drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Collins manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Luger has Collins in his guard. Collins sitting in guard here, content to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Max Collins showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Collins lands with a kick to the ribs.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Collins. Collins lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Luger is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Collins off and has taken his back! Luger lands a shot to the body. Luger is not going to allow Collins to sit and survive in this position. Collins controlling Luger 's hands. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Collins looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luger is looking for the choke from the back position but Collins is controlling his hands well. Collins is trying to break free.
Collins wants to control his opponent's hands but Luger gets his hands free. Luger has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Collins has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Luger is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Collins defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Max Collins has got the better of the ground game so far. Luger thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent. Luger is trying to stick to Collins's back but Collins is turning into Luger. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Luger's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Collins. Collins wants to stand but Luger has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Luger is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Collins wants to control from the top but Luger keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Collins cracks Luger with a solid left hand. Luger is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Collins working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Luger's head. Himsa Luger has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Luger is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Collins is aware though and is defending well. Luger keeping moving, preventing Collins from controlling successfully. Collins is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Collins forces his way into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Collins decides to stand up. Collins scores with the left hand. Luger knows he should have avoided that one. Luger with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Collins to score with a decent uppercut. Collins feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Collins stopping the sweep attempt from Luger. Luger looking for a guillotine here but Collins defends easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Max Collins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Collins has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
