Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jo Jo Dan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Sinpangat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jo Jo Dan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vincent Sinpangat! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sinpangat moves in looking to clinch but Dan pushes him off. Sinpangat shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Sinpangat throwing shots but Dan is blocking nicely. Dan is staying active underneath Sinpangat, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Sinpangat has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Dan is looking to escape. Sinpangat not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Dan kicks off Sinpangat and gets to his feet. Sinpangat shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dan sprawls well. Dan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sinpangat gets slowly back to his feet. Dan comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Sinpangat takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Sinpangat is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dan's half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dan is refusing to be controlled, as Sinpangat sits in half guard. Sinpangat might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dan kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Sinpangat throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Dan is refusing to be controlled, as Sinpangat sits in half guard. Dan tries to kick Sinpangat off but Sinpangat keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Dan is breathing heavily. Sinpangat is nestled in close to Dan, controlling him well. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Dan scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Dan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sinpangat.
A combination from Dan does no damage. Sinpangat steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dan. Dan defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sinpangat. A slow jab from Dan misses its intended target. Sinpangat thows a body kick. Dan tries to catch it but that hurt him. Sinpangat has managed to clinch.
Sinpangat fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jo Jo Dan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vincent Sinpangat. Dan tries to break the clinch but Sinpangat is controlling the position. Sinpangat tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Dan smiles and moves away.
Dan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sinpangat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dan throws a combination. Sinpangat tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Sinpangat throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Dan's head. Dan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sinpangat closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dan circles away. Jo Jo Dan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sinpangat is looking to clinch. Dan avoids a punch combination nicely.

Dan has had enough of the clinch but Sinpangat keeps him there for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sinpangat has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dan is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Dan wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Dan wants to get back to striking at distance but Sinpangat won't allow it.
Sinpangat pulls guard. Dan is fighting to break Sinpangat's control of his arms but Sinpangat is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Dan trying to stand up but can't free himself from Sinpangat's guard. Sinpangat looking to control.
Dan prevents Sinpangat from getting back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sinpangat tries to clinch up but Dan circles away and keeps his distance. Sinpangat misses with a head kick.
Nice sprawl there from Dan as Sinpangat shoots in. Dan throws a series of punches but Sinpangat avoids them all with ease. Dan smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Jo Jo Dan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dan misses with a combination
and Sinpangat counters with a body kick that stops Dan in his tracks momentarily. Sinpangat tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dan swivels and escapes. Sinpangat tries to clinch up but Dan circles away and keeps his distance. Dan throws a one two combo.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sinpangat throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Dan's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sinpangat throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Dan to counter with a crisp jab. The fighters circle momentarily. Dan darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Dan slaps away a takedown attempt from Sinpangat, before circling back to the center of the mat. Jo Jo Dan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vincent Sinpangat. Dan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jo Jo Dan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sinpangat works the jab nicely. Sinpangat gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Sinpangat has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Dan can't break the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Sinpangat keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Dan's efforts to push away. Sinpangat pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Dan displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. The fight stays on the outside here - Sinpangat looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sinpangat scores with a takedown into Dan's guard. Dan wants to stand but Sinpangat is controlling the position. Sinpangat with a flurry of punches that miss. Sinpangat works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sinpangat trying to control the action but Dan is working from the bottom. Nice strikes from Sinpangat there. Dan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dan tries to get out of the position. Sinpangat stops Dan from getting back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Dan digs a good hook to Sinpangat's body.
Sinpangat tries to clinch up and Dan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Sinpangat shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dan but Dan pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jab by Dan. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dan misses with a few strikes there.

A close second round but Vincent Sinpangat will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Dan throws an overhand right that lands on Sinpangat's shoulder, as Sinpangat tries to avoid the shot. Dan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Sinpangat shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dan pinned against the cage. Dan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sinpangat throws a wild body kick that Dan sees coming a mile off. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Dan throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Sinpangat tries to clinch up but Dan circles away and keeps his distance. Sinpangat fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Dan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sinpangat moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Dan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sinpangat circles away quickly and effectively. Sinpangat ducks right into an uppercut from Dan. Dan displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sinpangat. Dan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sinpangat. Sinpangat moves in looking to clinch but Dan pushes him off.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dan throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Sinpangat tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dan swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sinpangat lands a head kick!

Dan slaps away a takedown attempt from Sinpangat, before circling back to the center of the mat. Dan thuds a left hand into Sinpangat's body. Sinpangat fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Sinpangat fails in his attempt to clinch.

Sinpangat shoots in for a double leg but Dan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Sinpangat shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dan as he avoids it easily. Sinpangat tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Dan fails to land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown by Sinpangat or perhaps it was just good defense by Dan which made him look bad. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dan keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Jo Jo Dan showed his dominance in that final round. I think Sinpangat has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
