Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tank Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes to the cage accompanied by Bad to the Bone. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tank Williams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alex Guy! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Russell Pearce and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams misses with a series of wild punches.
Guy looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Guy shoots in but no luck this time. Guy shoots in but no luck this time. Williams scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Alex Guy has been cut. Williams tries to clinch there but Guy circles away.

Guy blocks a jab. Williams decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Williams wants to pass the guard but Guy is defending well. Williams is working hard here to advance position. Williams is nestled in close to Guy, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Williams perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Guy gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Williams with a nice cross. Williams fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Guy sprawls well initially but Williams persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Guy makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Guy. Guy is trying to control the position but Williams postures up. Williams has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams passes Guy's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Guy is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Williams pulls his head out easily. Guy wants to control but Williams is keeping busy and won't allow it. Williams knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Guy on the ground. Williams not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Williams wants to work for an arm triangle but Guy is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Williams throws a strike but Guy avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Williams throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Guy works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Guy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Guy has his takedown stuffed and Williams counters with a takedown into side control. Tank Williams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Guy. Guy tries to buck Williams off but Williams is having none of it. Williams tries to score with some ground and pound. Guy controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Williams wants to stand but Guy has his arm trapped. Guy manages to work his way to half guard, despite Williams's best efforts.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Guy slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Williams loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Guy manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Williams manages to get himself to full guard.
Williams controls Guy momentarily but Guy frees himself. Guy sitting in guard, not really doing much. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Williams looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Guy puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tank Williams dominated that round. The cut man is working on Alex Guy's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Williams rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Guy moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Williams!

Guy makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Guy. Guy trying to keep a closed guard but Williams is proving a slippery customer.
Williams lands a couple of digs. Williams trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Guy throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Williams doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Williams manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Williams wants to control from the top but Guy keeps moving. Williams with a flurry of punches that miss. Williams tries to free his leg and advance position but Guy is retaining full guard. Williams drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Guy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Williams has Guy in his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guy is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Guy wants to control from the top but Williams keeps moving. Guy trying to move into half guard but instead Williams has managed to sweep!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Guy throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Williams trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Guy is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Guy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Williams defends well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Alex Guy will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Alex Guy's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Guy doesn't succeed with the takedown so Williams counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Williams in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Guy not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Guy had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Williams is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Guy Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Williams's back instead. Williams is really stuck here.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Will Guy go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Despite being in the dominant position, Alex Guy just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Williams tries to clinch but Guy moves out of range. Williams wants to clinch up but Guy keeps it at a distance. Guy takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Guy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Williams counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Williams tries for a takedown but Guy circles away easily and Guy counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Williams trying to hold on to Guy's head to control him but Guy postures up.
Williams wants to get back to full guard. Guy is trying to control the action in half guard but Williams is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Williams is trying to stand up here but Guy is controlling him well. Guy stalling. Guy is looking to take a break and control but Williams is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Guy shoots in for a takedown but Williams shows good takedown defense. Tank Williams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Guy. Williams shoots and misses and Guy decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Williams's guard. Guy controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Guy won't allow Williams to get back to his feet. Tank Williams overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Guy tries to free his leg and advance position but Williams is retaining full guard. Williams wants to stand and escape but Guy is having none of it.
And that's the end of the fight! Alex Guy comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Guy has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
