Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Greg James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rupert Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Greg James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rupert Wallace! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James throws a series of punches but Wallace avoids them all with ease. James drives through with a takedown into guard. James won't allow Wallace to sweep him here. James slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. James preventing the sweep. Wallace is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. James jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wallace walks away with a smile on his face. James gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. A telegraphed takedown attempt from James is defended easily by Wallace. James swats away the attempt to clinch by Wallace. James blocks a head kick by Wallace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallace has his takedown stuffed and James counters with a left to the body. Wallace fails with the takedown and James counters with a takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wallace is trying to improve his position. James trying to control the action but Wallace is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. James stands up and beckons Wallace to his feet. James is breathing heavily. James changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wallace looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wallace is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Sloppy strikes there by James. Wallace tries to buck James off but James is having none of it. Wallace is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on James's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wallace is trying to control but can't.
James looks to score some points with some ground and pound. James seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallace gets full guard. James postures up.
Wallace wriggles free and stands up. Wallace shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and James counters with a nice double leg into guard. Greg James has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rupert Wallace. Wallace wants to get back to his feet but James is in a dominant position and won't allow it. James preventing the sweep. James has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. James postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Wallace has control of James's left arm, preventing James from doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. James tries to free his leg and advance position but Wallace is retaining full guard. Wallace looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Wallace working a defensive guard here.
Wallace looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
James knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wallace on the ground. Wallace is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wallace lands some strikes from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Greg James dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
James moves into the clinch. James lands a nice knee to the body. Wallace successfully pulls guard.
Wallace looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but James is defending well. Wallace quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! James has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Wallace celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
